Beauty

The other day I walked my parents dogs through the forest. It was a lovely autumn day and the sun was amazing. The air was cold, fresh and happy it was like it did not care about the world politics, economics, nuclear bombs, news or anything tangible. It was there to stay and not to be change, it reminded me of a great book written by Howard Gardner ,,The disciplined mind''. He talks about truth, beauty, and goodness, simple concepts but really elaborated. Anyway, the point of this short article is not to present a book but to talk about the concept of beauty and how this concept appears in our life : shapes and shades.
By waking through the forest I can say I experienced beauty. It might not be the first expression of beauty that pops into your mind if I ask you about beauty and if it is... you should consider yourself lucky by not being caged in a material world. Beauty can also be an idea that provides a perceptual experience of pleasure or satisfaction and as we all know it is subjective and it belongs to the eyes of the viewer.
For exemple the first shape of beauty is the physical one, the one that we can touch (in my case the trees, the leaves, the moist soil) and one of the shades of beauty is the psychological one which generates from the shape and refers to the positive impact that the things we see have on a short/long term in our life (in my case the positive and happy feeling through all my walk back home).
Beauty is simple, you just need to let it go into your inner and from there you will experience wonderful things.
Enjoy the quite days and try to stop your mind chatter, prevent it for tiring your mind and your body, prevent it from taking control. Next post will be on mind chatter :)

Stay positive!
